Micheal,you are at the best site for ninfo on repairs,however you are posting questions on the FURNITURE panel.The ceramic /pottery/porcelain panel is the choice below the furniture link. You'll find many previous questions like yours such as resources USA/Canada/UK listed.Also there is another section available from the home page that lists resources by type. The epxoy I suggest is a "2ton" variety,with at least a couple or 3 manufacturers selling .For fill you can colorize the glue with a tiny pin head amount of tint powder .But don't use tint on the glue together as it looses strength(just the fill)
