I often find dark stains from rain water on wicker furniture. So I add a tablespoon of Oxalic Acid to a quart of warm water, brush this on the cleaned wicker. A few applications if needed, rinse with fresh warm water and wipe dry. Most stains will be removed, mildew calls for a very thinned down Chlorine Bleach and rinse well and soon after.
