Warps are caused by an imbalance of moistrue in the wood. n this case I would suspect the panel has warped and is forceng the frame to ben. If you can take the door apart and remove the panel then you can check to see what is causing the warp. Most pieces will respond to being wet and laying them on wet papet towel in the sun with the convex surface up. You will have to remove the finsh to do this. Once the piece straightens finish both sides equally.
