restoring an antique dresser with floral artwork

I recently inherited a Berkey and Gay dresser and it is in need of restoration. Any recommendations for an ace antique restoration specialist in the Washington DC metro area? It has a floral pattern painted on what seems to be a vaneer with a lovely decorative inlay. Has not been maintained well, but you can see it's beauty.
