Most of these machines are 1/4 sawn oak veneer. I think that Van Dykes at VanDykes.com has 1/4 sawn oak veneer. Whhat kind of parts do you need? Your best source of machine parts is probably your local flea market, if you need wood parts you will proabably have to make them.
