White Rotary Treadle Sewing Machine

We have a White Family Rotary treadle sewing machine manufactured in 1912. It is the one with the rounded drawers and somewhat ornate decorations on the drawers and front panels. However, all the drawers, racks for the drawers and all but one of the front panels are missing. We're looking for a source for those items.

Also we have an old oak swivel desk chair that is in nice condition but the swivel mechanism is wearing out because I use it all the time. Anyone know a source for a mechanism for a chair like this?
