I inend to refinish a pine armoire which at the present time is stained dar oak. I hve seen various types of furniture which has been repainte white (cottage furniture) the piece is highlighted by sanding the paint on various aes of the piece, giving it an old lok. It appears the paint has been worn off. I don'tknow if this finish has a name, but I am trying to find directions on how to make tis technique.
