Replacement seats/backs for chrome chair

Do you know of any source for purchasing the padded vinyl covered replacement seats and backs for 50's style chrome kitchen chairs? Years ago we ordered the sets from the Sears Roebuck catalog. I would also like to purchase one chair to match the three that I already have. Any suggestions where I may look? Thanks.
