In Response To: removing old dry masking tape from furniture (Jose)

Old tape residue can be mean to get off. I usually use solvents to remove them, start with something mild like mineral spirits and work up to sronger ones like naptha and lacquer thinner. It may take a while, but mineral spirits will generally do the trick just don't expect immediate results.
