Deilcraft Coffee / Card Table Bracket Broken

I own a beautiful coffee table that converts to a card table. It has these springs that adjust the height, and the sides or leaves fold up and down. It is these side leaves that have the brackets that need to be replaced. They are about 6-8 inches long and fold in the middle. They are slender, and attach to the leave and the table.

Do you know where I could find these brackets?
