I am refinishing some heywood wakefield pieces and I need a recipe for the champagne finish (which is a amber hue with a slightly pinkish tint). I would like to use a top coat that is moisture and heat resistant. Does anybody have a formula for this toner, and what would you recommend for a final finish coat? Thank You very much.
