I have 2 antique toy muffin tins that have some rust. I'd like to remove the rust and treat them so that they can be displayed. How do I safely remove the rust and what should I use as a rust preventative? Oil?
I thought perhaps priming and painting them would ruin their value (though I'm not sure they are worth much - more sentimental value for me since they were my mother's).
Anyone have an idea? Thank you!!!
