the chair i'm trying to restore needs to be redone with the blind or french caning method,on the back, and it must be double caned could you please tell me the name of a book specifically concerned with french or blind caning . i need so many pegs that i must make them myself, could i use spline in the same diameter than the holes and cut it to fit or do you have any other suggestions ? this is my first caning project and the book i have has only a couple pages on blind caning thank you
