Porcelain Plate Repair in Michigan

Hi! I have an antique porcelain plate that broke in a few pieces and would like to get it repaired for sentimental reasons. I live in West Michigan and have been unsuccesful so far in locating a repair shop nearby. Does anyone know of a place in Michigan (or possibly NE Illinois or N Indiana) that does ceramic/porcelain repairs? (Also, I have no idea what this would cost - can anyone give me a rough idea of what to expect?)
