I have a duck with a broken wing. No chipping or other damage, but I want the wing reattached and the paint touched up so it looks like new.

Does anyone know of a good repairman or shop in the Seattle area? (prefer north of Seattle...we live one hour north of Seattle.)

Alternatively, can I do this myself with little hassle?
