chinese export porcelain

I recently purchased some chinese export porcelain (blue and white) but the colore are somewhat cloudy, probably owing to the fact that these pieces came out of the water. is there a way to brighten the colors? I had heard that a solution of hydrogen peroxide can help but I obviously don't know how strong the solution should be and where to get the appropriate strength of hydrogen peroxide. also, the same person made reference to baking the pieces in the stove. Does anyone know what the process is or if there is another way of doing it?

Additionally, I had purchased an export porcelain bisuit barrel and some pieces of Sung dynasty ceramics that were broken in my luggage. Does anyone know of a good restorer in the Washington DC/Virginia/Maryland area?
