Stephanie, You could try these products ,C.L.R which is a lime /calcium cleaner. You could also try "Kaboom" , its a gouod general cleaner or "The Works". I've heard that White Vinagar will help if nothing else does. Ther isn't a sealer that I know of that will work safely to seal the tea pot if you intend to use it. If you only want to seal it for display then a Lite coating (after cleaning) of clear lacquer will seal it. All products shoud be available at hardware stores.
