If you are new to restoration/ mending,then I suggest you use window pane putty;the type thats easy to apply and dries quickly. It may be called Glaziers putty. Its a good fill for small chips or flea bites. Then sand/ polish till even with surroundings. Then paint to match. Good Luck!
