Tang Dynasty jar

I have a Tang Dynasty jar in for restoration, the original glaze has chipped off during the centuries and the previous restorer had preserved the jar by filling in the missing glaze with a milky white filling and over painted it with oil paint. After he/she had done that they spray painted the whole jar with at least two layers of a transparent paint. Over the years this transparent paint began to crackle and air came under the glaze. I have removed all the over paint and have consolidated the glaze and the bare earthenware with Paraloid B72. Now ‘m more or less stuck, I have problems imitating the glaze does anyone have a useful suggestion on how to restore this object? Thanks in advance, Roeland
