Seems like everyone has one of these. I recently came into possession of one, a Belding-Hall Century Refrigerator. Definitely will be cleaning this up, and already have a spot picked out in the house for it. Looks like it had a lock mechanism on the lift hatch on top at one point that was replaced with a pull handle. Ice in the top, food in the center front loading door, and a "flipper" type door at the bottom to slide the pan to catch the water.
