Some mildew can be removed with white vinegar and a bit bakeing soda as a polish. Start in an out of sight location and proceed with caution. If this is not strong enough you can use hydrogen peroxide to remove the stains. Rinse with distilled water and apply a toluene free wax, then buff to a satin sheen.
