Just found old copper light fixture found in many early schools, of course, it was black. I used your advise about the vinegar and salt. I first took the fixture apart and then put it in the solution and slowing boiled it for several hours. I then easily cleaned it with "never dull" wadding followed by applying rubbing alcohol with clean cloth. Beautiful Many thanks
