I too have a Paidar barber chair from that era. I took the seat off and there is a "tank" under the seat. What is this ?? Is this where hydraulic oil is to be ??? I can get the chair to recline, but it will not rotate or go up and down. Is it suppose to go up and down ??? Is there some kind of hydraulic cylinder in there ????
