Hi, I am here to see if someone could help me with a longcase clock that has been passed down a several generations. My great great grandparents moved to Canada from England in 1825, and with them they brought a grandfather clock. On the front it says Anderson Comrie. It's got 3 sets of hands, a 31 day clock and roman numerals for the time. One thing I noticed on the clock was the 4 in roman numerals it should be IV however, on the clock it is IIII. I know this clock is from at least before 1825. I can't find out any information about the clock. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Approximate pricing, any info on the makers...etc etc. The entire interior is made from brass as far as I can tell.
