Maybe you can get it to release it's hold with "Goof-off" or "Oops"...both excellent at removing all sorts of odd substances, but last time I incountered that stuff, I had to literally cut it off the substrate with sharp chisels and sharp scrapers...lifteda corner and sliced it away carefully then scraoed off the remaining residue...best of luck
