Hardware for pocket doors

I have been searching for the hardware for re-installing pocket doors in our 1886 Victorian home. The doors had been removed by a previous owner and we would like to put them back in working order. We have the large (8 foot tall), and not to mention heavy, doors but the large wheels and mounting hardware are missing. Any suggestions??

Also, is there any easy method of adjusting the doors we do have installed so they move better. I think there are screws to adjust them up and down, but getting to them without tearing a hole in the wall is next to impossible. Again, any suggestions would be muuuuuchly appreciated! Thanks!
