Repairing A Broken Wing Tip/Porcelain Figuri

Hey Folks

This is my first post. I've repaired wing tips, beaks, claws and other susceptible bits on bird figurines before. I find CA or superglue works well as a bonder.

However, in this case there's a sliver of the original porcelain wingtip that is missing. The wingtip is broken in 3 spots. Its glueable except for the gap. I need to fill this gap with something that will bond to the porcelain, can be smoothed out and sanded and then finally touched up with an airbrush (which I can do)?

What will work ? Epoxy putty, autobody filler, plumber's putty - I'm not really sure what to use ?

Please recommend name brands if there's one that really works.

Thanks in advance.
