Most of the HVLP sprayers will do a fine job for what you want. The value comes in the duration of the tool, so if you don't intend to use it every day buy the cheeper one. Or ask the dealer to suggest a finisher who has one so that you can ask them how they like the particular one they bought. The super fine finish comes with the super fine sanding and polishing from Rhotten Stone and Parrafin oil rubbing compound. I have brushed on shellac and brusable lacquer and achieved this super gloss look just the same, no sprayer needed.
