At last!
I have a "Continental Furniture Co." Vanity that I purchased at a garage sale for 20.00. It's in beautiful condition, but the guy selling it clearly had no idead what he was selling. Unfortunately, There was a bureau as well, but the two were split up as he'd promised it to his sister. The vanity still has all the price tags and destination papers tacked to the back. It's the "Venetian" set, and was made around 1900-1910.
I've been scanning the net, but I can't find any information about what happened to the company at all. I've been looking for about 2 years. I've been looking for other pieces as well, and I can't find any. If you're ever in the market to sell, let me know.
If anyone else has any info about this company, please post!
