rush seat restoration

I am in need of a qualified company or individual to assess an antique rush seat bench that a client entrusted to me. Before she did so, I had a rush man lined up and a quote in hand. When he saw the piece he then informed me that he couldn't help. The bench is 7' long and 15" deep and is continuous rush (no breaks). Originally the client wanted a complete re-rush but then her designer decided that it should have only the 10" os so near the middle removed and new rush woven in. We are located just outside of Philadelphia. Any ideas anyone?
