Prime with auto primer and wet sand with 600 grit wet dry to a very smooth surface then use acrilic enamel as a top coat(s) until you have enough build up to wet sant with 600 sand smooth then recoat with a wery thin 20% mix of enamel then wet sand with 1000 grit then polish with auto compounds.
