You will probably nee to bore the screw hols to 1/4 and put in dowels the bore new holes for the screws and remount the hinges. The trim pieces may have been glued and nailed, check the back sides to see if there is any glue residue. If they were not originally glued then use only nails to replace, if they wer glued use hide cement and nails.
