Thanks for the info and I'll try the Naptha and sanding advice. I'm really new to this so please forgive my ignorance.

When I sand b/w coats, is the surface suppose to turn cloudy White?

Also when I finish the last coat and use the 0000 steel wool, should I use some sort of wax or polish or just use it dry? I ask this because I have a table with Laquer finish and I rubbed it with dry 0000 steel wool and it clouded/dulled up the finish and didn't look good.

Finally, how long will this Spar Marine Varnish take to dry?
