Ladies Head Vase

I have recently come into possession of a 1960's Ladies Head Vase. It has a label "ARDCO made in Japan" on bottom. I need to clean it, It has been sitting out exposed to cigarette and cooking smoke and other kitchen type contaminants for over 30 years. Is there any way to remove the build up of dirt and other accumulations without removing any finish or damaging her still attached pearl necklace( non-removeable ) or her pearl earrings( non removeable). There appears to be paint over glaze on her bow and around her base that may be removed or damaged with manual washing or strong detergents. Any help would be most appreciated.
