Provided you have a very clean surface to start with, and do not lay the lacquer on to heavy. You should have no trouble with nitrocellouse lacquer, stay away from the precat. and vinyl stuff. Once you have a few coats on it you should be able to continue as you would normally, however test everything as you go. Prep with fine paper, wipe clean with Naptha and don't put the lacquer on too thick. Good luck, James.
