In Response To: Louis XVI Walnut Armoire (Cristina Coleman)

Jim, I purchased an armoire at an action, however, I am sorry to say that I did not look closely at it until it arrived home. I would like to restore it so that I can resell it. About 4-5 inches or the crrown moulding has been damaged--should this be replaced, and how do I go about doing that? I would also like to revitilize the finish. It seems to be in pretty good shape. The doors have mirrors that should be resilvered--does this take anything from the value? Thanks for your help. Cristina
