Clean them both with mild sopa and water do not soak them just dampen rinse and wipe dry. The wicker can be dampened by lay wet paper towels on the back side of the wicker, this will loosen the wicker, but it will tighten back up when the moisture drys. The joints on the table should be reglued with hide glue. You can get liquid hide at most home centers. Remove any lumps from the joint then apply glue clamp and let dry at least 24 hrs. You can clean up any excess with with a rag and warm water.
