If I understand correctly, you're looking for a material to make the mold with that has a 15min. or so pot life. Three things I would recommend .Van Dykes restorers catalog 1-800-558-1234 has a product called silputty ,two part ,setup time 10-15 minor so. For small non-rap around molds I use kids silly putty, great for fine details ,but be carefull when pulling off of your master. The third product again for non wrap around mold s is floral green clay. Let it get warm first ,alittle warmer than body temp. but not hot. Empress on the master then chill (outside or in fridg). Take off after cold hopefully you had enough to have an index for start and stop spots. Oh! lastly there is the old stand by of water thinable latex that is put on a layer at a time w/cotton swabs ,until its thick enough to pull off. Any questions---drop me a line
