Need hidden hinge for china cabinet

We recently had our china cabinet refinished (it's from my husband's family in Germany - was DYED, not stained a cherry color - we figure it is about 100 years old) Restorer lost a hinge - couldn't replace it. It is a hidden hinge that goes on the inside of the cabinet door - and the pivoting part fits into a slot cut into the cabinet frame - which is only .171 inch thick of metal. The entire hinge is made out of 1/16 inch thick brass - and is under 2 and 1/2 inches long when extended. I can get a picture of it to send along if anyone can help me find a website or company that makes these hinges. I don't know what these hinges would be called other than hidden or concealed hinges. Any help would be appreciated.
