Sorry to say there is no tool that I know of which will make this an easy project. You will have to remove at least 3 pieces from each light to replace the glass. Start by removing one of the long sides as they wiil usully flex more without breaking. Some times you can ease them out far enough to clip the nails on the firs piece making it much easier to remove. Once you have the stops out pull the nails through from the back side with a pair of side or end cutters. Check the channels for any bits of glass or remaining nails before putting in new glass.
