In Response To: 50+ year old china cabinet (Matt Tokarz)

I had an old china cabinet over 100 years old. I really and truly thought this was what it was suppose to look like. I cleaned it with Murphy's Old Soap on the front porch to find inlaid maghogany around the top and when I finished it was walnut "looking" mixed with maghogany inlay - the bottom doors where mahogany burl designed. I would have never thought that would be under 100 years of dirt and wax - anyway - it worked! ! Actually, I din't like it after I cleaned it up - I reget I did it now!
