Dry the piece with a small fan running on it with the doors open and drawers removed. The white spots will come out by LIGHTLY spraying them with Blush Remover, available from Woodworkers Supply. They should have a web page where you can get their phone number. The loose or bubble veneer may reattach if you iron it with a medium heat iron with a sheet of brown paper betwen the iron and the piece. If that doesn't work you will have to reglue the veneer by injecting glue with a syringe and weightin or clamping the veneer flat.
