I just found a phone behind my grandmothers house she beleives to be from the 1910 era. It is still intact, but the wood is very dry and weathered. with some seperation of the joints. I am really not too concerned with the seperation, but I do want to stop the aging process and restore the wood. What do you recommend? I have lin seed oil, but is that the best to use? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

P.S. What would the approximate value be of this phone?
