The area that the wood has brokedn out around the screws can ususally be repaired by drilling out to 1/4 or 3/8 and gluing in a dowel then boring for the screws. The foot can be glued back in place or if you don't have the part glue up a block and recarve the missing parts. You might consider a pro for the foot repair, but I can't give you areally good idea of the cost since I don't know the labor rate for your area or how involved the repair may be.
