Restoring antique sewing machine cabinet

I have been given an antique sewing machine cabinet, minus the machine. It has the certificate of guarantee on the machine (Sears and Roebucks)dated Nov. 11, 1902 in one of it's drawers. So I'm not sure if the cabinet came from Sears also??? It is very ornate piece that totally closes up to look like a box. It has lots of gingerbread on the sides, doors, and a spindel railing around the top. My problem is that it has a green felt top that is in very bad shape. I'd like to replace it but don't know where I would look for the replacement felt. Could you please steer me in the right direction. Please email me directly. Thank you
