The first thing I would try is a Lemon Oil Polish, this will remove the surface residue that may have been deposited onto the finish, and possibly a blush 'in' the finish. Allow this to do it's work from a soft cotton cloth, avoiding the fabric, remove any excess after twenty minutes. Later you will see a marked improvement or if not you nay need to use a cream polish, such as Bristol Polish, or one similar product sold in fine furniture stores and many grocery stores, and use this to polish off the remaining haze and return a shine. A fresh application of paste wax will protect and re-shine a lasting result.
