You can order a big sheet of white magnetic rubber from outwater.com then cut to fit and it will hold great. I wonder if a local cabinet shop might come out and stick on a sheet of plastic laminate and contact cement, just like a counter top? The mag. rubber is not too cheep, but a leftover piece of formica ma be not so much, especially for a nonprofit.
