Sometimes just rubbing briskly with a clean dry cloth stretched tightly over a finger tip will remove rubber residue.....be careful with the Naptha, as it will attack a wax finish. Obviously on any good film finish you should be ok, but unless you know what the restorer used, test in an inconspicuous area.There are also commercial products like "Oops" and "Goof Off" that are available in very small containers (1 oz.) if Naptha is not easily at hand....
